Tuff Trac® Conductive Matting
RM Biltrite® Tuff Trac® Conductive Matting provides anti-static and anti-fatigue protection in environments where personnel, equipment, and products are at risk of damage from static charge.
Tuff Trac® Conductive Matting is manufactured from PVC engineered vinyl and consists of a highly conductive cap film bonded to a non-conductive base. It has a homogeneous distribution of carbon black and proprietary polymers to provide a continuous and permanent path-to-ground.
All conductive matting is fabricated to ANSI/ESD S7. 1-2005 standards and tests in the optimal electrical rating range of 104-106. Recommended for usage in environments with rapid (nanoseconds) decay/dissipation. Requires grounding clips for full safety and performance. Available in Smooth, Stipple, and Diamond (optional yellow safety edge available) finish.
